Houses, Rooms & Bubble
We were rebuilding little by little and since 2010 we started to share the space. First with only two houses; today there are three double rooms and four houses.
All our houses are the most genuine and traditional of this region. Shale walls, exposed wooden beams, and rustic-style decor, always unique to each one of them, providing a romantic and naturalistic atmosphere.
But all of them also have strong comfort attributes, such as air conditioning (except for the Bubble which only has heating for the coldest nights) which above all provides a cool atmosphere on hot summer nights in this region.
Or the fireplaces and stoves, which guarantee that warm warmth on cold winter days. And one of the houses even has a fireplace next to the bed, for more romantic nights…
Maneio Bubble
Do you want to have a unique experience and sleep under a huge blanket of stars? Enter our Bubble. Live a night like no other.
The Bubble is a spherical tent inflated with pressurized air, positioned on a cliff and embraced by holm oaks and ash trees, overlooking the Bazágueda stream. Here you can sleep in full contact with nature, in a quiet only interrupted by the sounds of the night. It has complete privacy, in a single access space.
Outside there is a small wooden shelter for your primary needs. Next to the houses, about 200 meters away, it has a small house with a sofa, mini-frigo and a complete bathroom, also for exclusive use for the guests of Bolha.

Amieiro Room
Our smallest room, but just as cozy and full of atmosphere. It was rebuilt in a more contemporary concept where one of the autochthonous trees, Ameiro, inspired this house. The bathroom is integrated into the space, and has a tiled stove for colder nights. Outside, a small porch invites you to enjoy a good book while enjoying a good glass of wine. Simple. Natural.

Andorinhas' Room
The swallows and their fantastic annual achievements were a source of inspiration for the rustic and romantic decoration of this room. Icons of Portuguese culture, they are a symbol of love and loyalty and inspire the most romantic moments with their long-distance flights in search of milder climates. Then they build their nest in the same place year after year. So we are, waiting for you to return to our/your “nest” every year.
This room is ideal for a couple in love. On colder nights there is a stove that helps to warm up the traditional and country atmosphere.
Outside there is a porch where you can relax in the hammock to the sound of nature or simply chat without a cell phone in hand. How long has it been since you had a good and long conversation with your better half, without interruptions ?

Trigo Room
It's the closest house to the pool and its name comes from a cat we had, the Trigo, who left when the house was built and of which he was a great and friendly “inspector”.
It was rebuilt focusing on the local schist and old exposed wooden beams, providing a rustic-style decor, in a more contemporary and naturalistic atmosphere. The bathroom is integrated in the bedroom, and separated from the shower area by a glass, creating a unique atmosphere. It has a tiled stove for colder nights and a hammock outside for the Dolce far Niente.
This house is prepared to accommodate two people, with the possibility of placing a crib.

Alecrim House
It was the first house we rebuilt in our mini-village, and for which we have a special affection. The style is rustic, original, referring us to our grandparents' house with an emphasis on the stone bed, the rag blanket used at the head of the bed, the wool blanket (still made by our grandmother) or the old form of cake that turned into a watch.
The open fireplace positioned beside the comfortable bed, contributes to an atmosphere of pure love, romantic above all, at your taste. Prepare a quick and simple meal in the kitchenette equipped with the essentials, but above all relax sitting by the fireplace, accompanied by the crackling of firewood. Outside you have all the conditions to confirm your rest, and even barbecue facilities.
It is the ideal house for a couple with or without children. On the ground floor there is a queen size bed and on the mezzanine a double bed (mezzanine with low ceilings, so it is only suitable for children). There is the possibility of placing a cot.

Pipa House
To enjoy as a couple or as a family, Pipa House is the largest among our offer. A large space, on two floors, with a kitchenette on the ground floor, a living area and a fireplace with hearth. Above, on the mezzanine, it has a king size bed and a single bed, ideal for those traveling with a child. . There is also the option of 3 single beds and placement of 1 cot. At the WC, a surprise: an old wine barrel serves as a bathtub for an inspiring bath. Outside, under the enveloping and generous porch, there is plenty of space to savor the scent of nature that surrounds us. Of course, there is no lack of a hammock to rock to the sound of a relaxing melody or the simple sound of silence. Never heard? So what are you waiting for to come.
Casa da Pipa is connected to the Quarto das Andorinhas, making the ideal situation for 4/5 people.

Gambozinos House
Gambozinos House reports to our ability to imagine and create stories. Who has never heard the story of hunting the Gambozinos…? It's a portuguese saying, meaning "chasing after something that isn't real". We believe that it is certainly the most cozy house, the most demure and full of romantic and contemporary atmosphere, with tapestries made by the owner. But it is under the porch that you will feel at home, at home, in a comfortable corner for sunny or rainy days.
It has a kitchen for a full meal and is the ideal house for a couple in love, although it allows the placement of a crib or extra bed (on request, subject to availability and additional cost). Are you thinking about relaxing 100%? Don't think anymore. He arrived home. Your house.

Moleiro House
Our star, our most special home. The old water mill, with more than two centuries of existence, came to life to receive you and make you feel a lot of what was life in these parts.
